Great staff - large room and walking distance to just about everything. View from our room was wonderful and bed was comfy. Nice restaurant - daily breakfast was adequate,nothing fancy. Coffee shop, Hygge was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Hotel Reykjavík Grand
Lovely modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a good size with lots of storage and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The only downside for us was the distance to the centre of Reykjavík, but not a major problem at all.

Center Hotels Laugavegur
Simple convenient hotel in the city. Fabulous breakfast and always warm in the hotel, very important after a night trip. Modern bathroom and plenty of hot water. Only grumble was there for 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned or towels changed despite asking for daily cleaning on check in. All in all ...
