"The location is great and the staff were vey helpful and kind. We needed a lot of assistance with our luggage and they were very helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around so navigating a car might be hard but you can see the cathedral right from the breakfast window. It’s a great spot."

"Bar was closed for 2 of 4 evenings and the Saturday breakfast service was overloaded (not enough staff to clear tables). Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Also had problems every day with the AirCon as my laptop blew the circuit breaker twice - had to move room and ended with no AC. Was given a bar voucher (except bar not open) Staff friendly, very clean and well located - but problem solving turned into problem explaining and not resolving. Will use again, but surprised for this typically good brand of hotel."
