"Nous avons séjourné 7 jours à l’hôtel Arok et nous avons adoré. L’emplacement est très bien situé seulement une minute à pied de la gare, et 15 minutes à pieds de la petite France et la cathédrale. Tout est à proximité et le déjeûner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix . Nous le recommandons fortement."

"We booked a premium room and we asked to be put in a room that over looks the train tracks at the back, the person on reception said no problem but when we got to room we were looking out the front. It's not a big deal but if no rooms available just say, don't lie"

"Great little hotel. Absolutely perfect location. Our issue was that they put us in the very top floor. We had a lot of luggage. Elevator was not working and they offered no assistance. The last day the elevator worked for part of the day. I asked for a small refund, like waive the €11 euro tax, they said no. Was a winding wood staircase. 4 flights. With 2 50lb checked luggage and 2 carryons. Can’t beat location and hotel was clean. Room was fine."
