"The staff were very nice and tried hard to please . Room linens were so fresh smelling and clean. We did enjoy our stay for a week. It was affordable. The location was beautiful and so walkable. Breakfast next door. Dinners at coast guard house right across street. Beach across street. Bring your own beach chair. Celeste restaurant next door very good too. A good vacation end of June."

"The room felt very private with the sweeping ocean view AND sound of waves 24/7. Truly unique to be that close to the edge of the surf. Walking on the beach you can go very long distances and have consistent soft or silky sand under your feet. Food was excellent and everyone so pleasant. Add in a soothing heated outdoor swimming pool w/lounge chairs."

"We travel to the area every summer. Considering how high the seasonal hotel rates go, we always choose this hotel for the value, convenient location between Narragansett and Newport, and great staff. We had another wonderful stay this year."

"The rooms are modern and clean with good AC a mini fridge and cable TV. They provide plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and 2 bars of soap in the bathroom. There is no place to hang clothes which was unfortunate, we had to hang things from the towel rack in the bathroom (not ideal) and there was a cigarette disposal thing outside our door (yuck) but i can say that the room smelled very clean. There was a little noise from the people in the room above us. I would have also appreciated if there were curtains and not just mini blinds, the room was VERY Bright in the morning. The location is perfect, its steps from the beach with nice beach views from the room. The beach bar is nice and it wasn’t too loud. The beach was pretty crowded the first day but not as bad the second. There are a number of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff really did a great job keeping the place clean, they were sweeping the decks/stairs a few times in the 2 days we were there. Not related to the hotel but there are no UBERS in the area."
