"Very clean and comfortable hotel in a unique old bank building in financial district. Staff was friendly and responsive. Included breakfast was very good. Convenient walking distance to River Walk and Brown University. Definitely would stay again."
"Brand new hotel- very clean with powerful AC (needed on a hot day!) and big bright windows with views of Providence. The gym facilities were big and bright."
"The property is very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The area is great and there is plenty to walk to. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. There is ice available, but you have to call down to request it.
There is a coffee counter in the lobby area to buy coffee, but it’s only open Thu-Sun, so we had no coffee available since we weren’t there those mornings.
The bathroom is very small with little counter space, but it worked out okay for us. The shower is also very small and made it awkward to shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the couch is stiff.
We enjoyed both bars (there is a ‘speakeasy’ and a karaoke bar called Boombox). We wish they were open more nights. Bartenders at both bars were terrific. Friendly and full of recommendations.
The hotel staff was all wonderful, helpful, and kind. "
"The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend."
