Lovely villa with plenty of space, a great pool and located in the perfect area for exploring what Rhodes has to offer. Will definitely be staying here again!

A really nice place with excellent views and friendly staff. Quiet. We did have problems with the WiFi, electrics, water and hot water. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bitterly disappointed with the lack of communication. Understand that priorities would have been with dealing with the wildfires that we’re getting close to this villa, however two days before travelling were told via Expedia that they were not able to accept us at the property and to contact them the day before we travelled. They could not be reached via phone or emails. Have tried several emails since and still no contact. Chasing refund, I understand it was outside of everyone’s control, but where is our refund? They confirmed they wasn’t able to accept guests!!

The location of the property was great but you do need a car. We had great views of the sea and at night it was lovely to sit on the balcony and look at the moon over the water. It is close to Lindos, 5 minute drive and all the important sights to visit are easily accessible from here. The pool was great and we used it everyday. The owners were extremely helpful and if we needed anything sorted with the pool it was done straight away. Highly recommend this property, particularly if you have a family or want to go away in a group.

Excellent location, 10-15 minutes drive from Lindos. The villa itself is spacious and has all the basic items you would need. There's Flevaris supermarket 3-4 minutes drive away for anything else you need. The pool is a good size too. The local beach (Kalathos) is a 25-30 minute walk downhill but beware of the heat and the steep hill up from the main road.

Les villas sont situées sur une petite colline, dans le village de Kalathos, au calme avec une vue époustouflante. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. La villa est vaste et dispose de tout le confort. Notre séjour a été parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'Athoniki villas.

Excellent villa, spacious and good amenities. Pool cleaned every day by Aron who also fixes any problems. There are stunning views over the coast from the balconies and a lovely garden and sizeable pool

Hiljainen ja rauhallinen sijainti - upea näköala merelle. Todella ystävällinen ja joustava palvelu. Lentomme kotiin lähti vasta 20.40, saimme pitää asunnon maksutta niin pitkään, kuin tarvitsimme. Uima-allas 150cm syvä, poikamme pystyi ongelmitta hyppäämään altaaseen. Altaan koko noin 3x5m (kuvista vaikea arvioida), hyvä koko kolmehenkiselle perheelle uiskennella :) Isot huoneet, tehokas ilmastointi ja pimennyskaihtimet joka huoneessa. Lämpimät suosittelumme ja kiitos!

Absolut gelungener Urlaub .

Wir waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden ! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen . Kalathos ist für Ruhe suchende ein idealer Ort . Gute Tavernen , großer Supermarkt , Apotheke in der Nähe . Auto absolut empfehlenswert . Kommen gerne wieder !

Lovely villa in quiet location 10 mins from Lindos

The villa is in a lovely quiet location and just a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Lindos. Great views of the sea and mountains. Could do with some mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms. Would definitely stay in these villas again. Thanks Nikos for all of your help.

Mooie villa

Mooie, ruime villa’s met prachtig uitzicht. Rustig gelegen met zeer goede restaurants in de buurt. Een huurauto is aangewezen. Zalig zwembad.

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern

Nicht auf deutsche Urlauber eingestellt. Kein einziger deutscher TV-SENDER. Selbstverpflegung mit vorhandener Küchenausstattung schwer möglich. Zum Beispiel war nur ein Brotmesser vorhanden, mit dem man dann seine Kartoffeln oder ähnliches schneiden durfte. Küchenausstattung war katastrophal. 2 mal Handtuchwechsel bei 12 Tagen Aufenthalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern?! Na.ja. WLAN war eingeschränkt vorhanden. Positiv: Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Casa molto grande con piscina privata!

La casa è molto grande e con una piscina privata! la cucina è ben fornita. La posizione è ottima poiché raggiungi in auto facilmente tutte le più belle spiagge di Rodi. Vista molto bella, ci si sveglia con il mare e l'alba! Molto comoda per il centro di Lindos, meno per Rodi centro. Le rifiniture della casa lasciano un po' a desiderare ma nel complesso è più che accettabil! Nicolaos e Aron sono stati molto gentili!

PRESA IN GIRO

La villa non è assolutamente bella come in foto, l'annuncio è fuorviante. All'arrivo troviamo la casa sporchissima, ripeto SPORCHISSIMA, dalla cucina alle camere e bagni, SPORCHISSIMA e invasa dalle formiche. Facciamo presente che la casa è lurida e ci viene detto che è impossibile e che le macchie sono dovute all'acqua calcarea, cosa assolutamente non vera perché dopo che abbiamo pulito noi tutte è rimasto pulito. Non abbiamo potuto cucinare, ogni volta che cominciavi a cuocere qualcosa o anche semplicemente a tirar fuori un pezzo di pane, la cucina veniva letteralmente invasa dalle formiche. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a far da mangiare in casa, con la conseguenza che abbiamo sempre dovuto pranzare e cenare fuori. Le formiche non sono mai state debellate, quindi abbiamo dovuto convivere con loro per 10 giorni. Dovevano fare le pulizie ogni 3 giorni, invece sono venuti solo 2 volte in 10 giorni e in più quando venivano NON pulivano affatto la casa. La prova l'abbiamo avuto lasciando volutamente il pavimento sporco di fronte alla penisola della cucina, al nostro ritorno era esattamente come lo avevamo lasciato noi: Sporco. Ragni morti e vivi ovunque, mai tolti dal personale durante le pulizie. Letti scomodi in maniera imbarazzante, bagni ridicoli e piscina sempre sporca, inutilizzabile. Per quanto ci riguarda è stato un furto legalizzato, una cosa vergognosa.

Good quality villa Athoniki

Vacationing family in September, new comfortable villas have everything you need for a comfortable stay, all appliances of good quality and new! From all villas there is a wonderful unobstructed view of the sea, the pool is cleaned every day. Particular thanks to the manager Nikolaus, who always reacted instantly to everything our requests!) Once we forgot the keys inside the villa and slammed the door, Nikolaos arrived at night, as soon as we wrote him sms!) For a more comfortable stay at the villa, of course you need a machine. But without a ma ins walk to the beach of the island's pure Kalathos, walking no more than 500 metrov.Do blidayshego supermarket less than 1 km. The villa is conveniently located near the city of Lindos and at a slight distance from the city of Rhodes. With Joy ready to come back here again!

Beautiful Villa!

Me and my partner stayed at Athoniki Villas and absolutely loved our stay. It was spacious, modern, extremely clean and the views were stunning! All the facilities needed for a holiday were available which saved us lugging things in our suitcases! Lovely sized private pool made it extra special, and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly! Especially our host, who went above and beyond to let us stay later as we had a late night flight which made our stay a whole lot more stress free. Would definitely recommend these Villas to anybody! Although also recommend you hire a car for the week as it's up a steep hill and quite some distance to the main town and supermarket, but also very very easy to reach on buses which is what we did. Thanks again guys, we hope to return!

Beautiful villas in perfect location

Nikos was very welcoming and friendly, if we needed anything he was on the other end of the phone day and night. The villas are very big and spacious perfect for families or groups of friends. The location of the villas is perfect its very peaceful and the views are beautiful, but i would advise renting a car as it is quite difficult to get around and get taxis that will go up to the villas. We would definitely go back again.

Nice but a little bit dirty

This is a very good position, near Lindos but quiet and with a gorgeous view. Unfortunately when we arrived we noticed that the rooms and expecially the bathrooms weren't clean as we expected. We found hairs in the shower and on the floor, a topper of a razor and a lot of cigarettes on the balcony. The glasses and the dishes were dirty and we didn't have a sponge or soap to wash them. I appreciate the room service, they changed towels and sheets one or two time in one week. We didn't like the pool, always dirty even if every night a kind man came for clean it up... there's no pool's pumps, and it wasn't possible go for a night swim because it was full of chlorine. So, it was a nice stay anyway, we are 27 years old and it's ok but the cleaning has to improve!

Zeer mooie villa met heerlijk eigen zwembad. Airco op iedere kamer. Manager is heel aardig en houdt zijn woord. Het gras is alleen niet zo groen als op de foto, maar dat maakt het mooie huis meer dan goed.

Veldig fornøyd

Fine hus med fin utsikt og god plass. Stort sett god standard. Badene kunne trengt litt oppussing. Beliggenheten gjør at solen går ned litt tidlig, så hvis man ønsker å nyte solen ved huset må man tidlig opp. De ligger heller ikke i sentrum av noen ting så bil bør man ha.
