Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel.

We went on our first all inclusive holiday with our 10 month old baby. We booked a family sea view room so there would be some space to sleep away from us - and we could go and enjoy the terrace at night still right beside her when she slept, The hotel location is fine if you have a car, the staff throughout are outstanding, the alcohol is some bizarre brand of spirits which I didn’t enjoy, the food was basic but fine. However, we booked a double bed for 9 nights and had 2 singles throughout which was disappointing- and despite us highlighting that we had a baby and wanted a room with a bath rather than shower this was ignored. Overall, an excellent stay and with some minor adjustments would be perfect!

Please spend more time training your staff!

It is obvious that the hotel staff have not received adequate or correct training! The management of the hotel must tell the staff at the reception desk that it is so rude and unacceptable to record customers’ bank card info without their permission! Your staffs at the reception desk are essentially the face and voice of your company as the guests first interact with them and for this reason, they play an extremely important role in the representation of your hotel. You should devote more time training them! Also, ask the cleaning staff to check the towels to make sure not to replace the towels with some disgusting and dirty towels! (However one of the staff at the reception desk was kind and professional enough that he brought the new towels himself and apologized) Overall it's a very nice hotel with poor management and undertrained staff!

Pene rom men veldig lytt ut til gangen. Maten var dessverre veldig dårlig - ingen krydder / smaker og mye av det samme hver dag. Brusen smaker klor og vinen eddik, og alt må bestilles i baren ved bassenget som for det meste er bemannet av en person som skal servere drinker, is, brus og øl så det er lange køer. Stranden er et stort pluss, fresht sted og god mat i buffeten på dagtid

Ein gutes all inclusive Hotel, das allerdings einige Schwächen aufweist. Stark negativ ist uns und anderen Gästen der Chlor-Geschmack der soft drinks aufgefallen. Auch das Abräumen der Tische klappte häufig nicht: Hier stapelten sich bei uns anderen Gästen die Teller. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut, der Strand ist sehr gut. Für Familien gibt es ein gutes Programm. Mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
