Over all we had a lovely holiday at the Residence. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very good. It would have been nice to have had some entertainment on some of the evenings, but there was also lots happening in the area just a short walk away.

Everything you need for a hotel

Overall everything was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and generous. They executed every wish I had and even more. The location of the hotel is great and the price is competitive. The drinks and meals were super. In conclusion, I can warmly recommend having an all-inclusive from the Resident hotel.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was OK. The cleaning in the rooms was not so good but we didnt spend so much time in there because we were outside most of the days. The location of the hotel was nice, the most things that you search for is near. We wish that the hotel bar was open longer in the evenings, after a long day out its nice to calm down at absolut bar. The bartenders should do some training to do more drinks, if you ask for something good/juicy its hard.. You have to tell them exactly what you want in the glass. Cute hotel cats that seems to have a good life there. The last day of our staying we could hang around the hotel and use the pool even if we didnt have our room left. So that was very kind of them.

The staff are the ones who make this place work, always friendly, helpful & smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a second floor room with separate bedroom & kitchen area. Nice balcony. Lovely comfy bed, slept very well. The whole place is very clean. Has a nice pool with the usual loungers & bar. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Maid service (lovely ladies) every day if needed. Food is good, not a huge choice but I find that better, less wastage also you have the option to eat out locally, lots of cafe & restaurants to suit every budget. There are three hotel cats but they generally ignore everyone, good for pest control I find. The only thing that lets this hotel down a bit is the actual building, I am used to the different building standards in various countries but do feel the Forum group could do with investing here, having everything else excellent is damaged by the state of the building, a decent revamp by owners & this would be an absolute haven. Again the staff are the best.

Good budget hotel but not 4 star

The hotel is at best a 2 star. Food selection for all inclusive isn’t the best. Your standard continental breakfast and that’s about it. The room is the bare minimum. The lift needs maintenance desperately.

Bed bugs ate us alive and cost us a fortune in anti histamines and creams and completely ruined the first week. Cleaners never changed the sheets for the entire trip We had to buy our own toilet paper. Hotel is denying a refund Avoid this place!

It was alright, personal service was good, but there were ants and they bit us in the bed. The toilet didnt Flush down the toilet paper, took like 5 tries before it did Flush. The pool left yellow marks on my bathshorts. Restaurants around was good, but they removed stuff like chocolate cereals at breakfast which was disappointing. The TV didn’t work at all. The balcony was good, a small fridge and good AC.

Overall experience was ok, very calm pool area and hotel, nice location near Ialyssos services. Warm water was available after the first night. The hotel is for families as well even though Hotels.com site states that it is only for guests over 16 year old. Not too many kids though during out visit. No privacy - cleaning and/or maintenance bursting in right after knocking (if even knocked). Also at the last night the reception escorted a whole family to our room about 6 in the morning. Would be good to have ”do not disturb”-signs available. The cleaning would be better also especially between the clients (there was stains in the bathroom wall and all taps were unclean).

Amazing service

I stayed two nights. When i arrived there was some problem with my booking. They didn't find it but i still got room and contact the manager in the morning. She was so wonderful and helpful and everything was fixed. Overall the service was really good. Staff was polite and friendly. I had payed only for the breakfast but in the pool i was told that all bars were free duringy stay even though i didn't have all inclusive booked. That was nice surprise! Rooms are okey. There wasn't really any extra like hairdryer and stuff but i am sure that they would've get it for need. My plane was leaving at the evening so i asked if i can keep my room little longer or use a shower so i could enjoy the last day at the pool and she (the manager) made sure that it wouldn't be a problem and i got to use one of the rooms shower to refresh myself before heading to the airport. Excellent service. Thanks!

Huone tunkkainen ja likainen, täynnä muurahaisia ja hyttysiä. Viemärit ei vetäneet. Ruoka todella kehnoa ja tarjonta huonoa. Muutenkin huone ja allasalue parhaat päivät nähneet ja vaatisi kunnostusta. Sijainti kuitenkin hyvä ja hotellista saisi hyvän jos kunnostettaisiin.

Wir haben uns noch sie so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt. Unsauber ! Verdreckte Polster im Eingangsbereich, in denen streunende Katzen lagen. Zimmer sowie die gesamte Hotelausstattung/Anlage völlig heruntergekommen. Service und Essen waren einfach nur schlecht. Wir haben uns leider auf die angegebene 4-Sterne-Kategorie verlassen, dieses Hotel hat unserer Meinung nach nicht einen Stern verdient.

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage. zum spazieren gehen. Einkaufen , viele Auswahl von Restaurants , das Meer ist wirklich Katzensprung.wir haben nur gefrühstückt ist etwas minimalistisch, Das Bett war bequem und sauber.Das Zimmer hat etwas muffelig gerochen, die Spüle von dem Klosett und das klosett selbst war defekt sodas der Boden ständig nass war hat aber keine interessiert. Das Hotelpersonal waren alle nett, freundlich würde wieder kommen

Alt i alt bra. Litt rar layout på rommet. Gang, bad og soverom var mer enn bra nok. Men stua hadde litt slitt tapet og helt uten noe pynt på veggene. Bittelite kjøleskap i et hjørne på gulvet. I en suite burde stua sett mer innbydende ut. Daglig rengjøring. MEN veldig basic. Tømming av søppel og redde opp seng og skifta håndklær. Ingen vask av gulv og servant/speil på bad feks. Hadde rommet i 8 dager og hadde vært greit at gulvet ble vaska litt. Samme med balkongen. Veldig hyggelig de i resepsjonen som yta god service! Bra størrelse på balkongen og var privat. Alt i alt fornøyd, men det mangler en del på top score. Kan legge til at bassengområdet var fint. Ikke veldig stort og mange plasser, men det fungerte.

Cet hôtel, à taille humaine, est calme et par conséquent la piscine est un moment agréable lors duquel la détente est possible. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres sont propres. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement bien. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Anbefaler på det sterkeste å ikke booke dere inn på dette hotellet. Planløsningen var veldg rar. Stikkontakter som satt løst. Heis som knappene ikke fungerte. Maten var så utrolig dårlig at vi spiste kun 1 gang på hotellet og det var frokost. Alt var tørt og halvveis stekt... Og når man har nøkkelkort er det veldig fint hvis de fungerer, vi måtte ned i resesjonen 4 ganger på 2 døgn... Hadde bestilt 6 netter overnatting, men etter natt 2 sjekket vi ut og fant et mye bedre hotell og etter det var ferien reddet

Non corrispondeva totalmente alle foto e descrizione sia del sito dell' Hotel sia del sito EXPEDIA. Hotel grande, ma fatiscente e molto trasandato con arredi vecchi e molto datati e muri scrostati,gestito da 6/7 persone Max, addirittura la direttrice si fonava i capelli alla mattina davanti alla Hall della reception.Noi eravamo in viaggio di nozze quindi l' abbiamo scelta perché in teoria era un 4 stelle...bhe a nostro giudizio forse arrivava a 2 stelle...avevamo scelto una suite,una volta entrati subito ci siamo resi conto che era sporca e non corrispondeva a quella prenotata,ci hanno cambiato subito stanza che si era più grossa ma altrettanto sporca, l'abbiamo accettata ma siamo scesi al negozio a comprare tutti i prodotti per pulizia e ce la siamo pulita tutta noi 2 ( vasca,doccia,lavandini e water). Buffet non all' altezza della formula ALL INCLUSIVE da noi scelta,per 8 giorni abbiamo mangiato sempre le stesse cose perché quello c'era da mangiare...pochissima scelta sia a colazione (Brioches non ne abbiamo mai viste) sia a pranzo e sia a cena,la qualità era mediocre e quindi non da 4 stelle...eravamo al mare e non abbiamo mai mangiato pesce...siamo sicuri che EXPEDIA possa controllare meglio le strutture perché non è un bel biglietto da visita per loro e ci perdono di credibilità!!!!

Mycket bra hotel för dessa pengar. Personalen var helt fantastiska, de såg verkligen till att vi skulle trivas. Det var lagom mycket folk och det fanns massor med solstolar, så man behövde inte paxa några stolar. Vi hade lite problem med att korten till rummet inte fungerade och fick bytas ut ganska ofta. Vi fick fri bar vid poolen hela veckan som kompensation.
