Highly recommend. Staff went above and beyond to assist us with WiFi troubles, sending an engineer to our room (arriving within 5min) and resetting the router which was located in our ceiling. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and well organized.

Love this hotel. I have stayed here 3 times now. The location is perfect if you’re spending time in the theater district. Walking distance to all theaters & great restaurants nearby. The staff is great and the rooms are newly renovated & spacious for NYC standards. The fridge & microwave are great room amenities.

Dirty, that describes it best. Chipped paint, mold on the curtains, dirty floors, holes in the bathroom ceiling, paper thin walls and even thinner pillows. Worst stay I've ever had anywhere.
