The room and bedding were very clean except for the toilet paper holder. It just needed a good scrubbing, and I left a note saying so.

Clean and quiet property. Staff were always helpful and friendly. I ended up extending my stay 3 different times and I’ve been happy with cleanliness of common areas. My only wishes were 1. That breakfast was more than just snacks 2 That housekeeping did rooms daily unless asked not to like beds, towels, garbage and little things everyday with rooms. I’ve had to get more towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and garbage bags numerous times on my stay.

This property is A The check in person was great. She was friendly, and very helpful. Check in was easy and quick. The property is exceptionally clean inside and out. I am superbly impressed. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. 5 Stars 🌟 in my books!

Not a friendly place
Very rude service! We were told in order to get a towel we had to exchange a towel cause they had no room service on the weekends. We had a room for 4 and only got 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and when we went to ask for more they told us that we couldnt get anymore as they were out. So we used our beach towel that that we used in the pool and also the bath mat towel that was made for the floor. Front desk cared more about the cigarette breaks than customer service... one lady even quoted "Im pregnant and really dont need to put up with this" when she was referring to kids playing and she was upset. THE Cops showed up twice while we were sitting in the lobby. The beds were terribly small and out mattress cover was ripped. On a plus side the pool was warm for the kids and they liked that. Wont be staying there again and its sad cause its a beautiful place just terrible employees.

Pet Friendly
We stayed while our dog was having surgery at the local animal hospital. The pet-friendly rooms were perfect, and in a separate building than the main hotel. The manager kindly allowed us a late checkout while we waited to pick-up our pup. There is some road noise if you're not used to it, and breakfast is basic pastries and cereal with a waffle maker. Overall a good experience.

Tv remote didn't work. Office Chair was broke. Beds were hard as a rock and could feel the springs. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 full size beds. Hot tub was out of order. Exhaust fans twitch in bathroom was broke.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have been in a remodel the past few months replacing furniture. Also the hottub parts finally came in and has been fully repaired. Hope the rest of your visit went well.

Asked for a roll a way and was given one with dirty mattress pad, no sheets, blanket or pillow, had to go get some from front desk. Shower worked partially, more water came out of faucet than shower head. Smelled like cigarette smoke really bad in hallway upstairs.

The beds are not comfortable and I had to kill several cockroaches. The one day time staff told me that they don’t get cockroaches in the area… the night staff saw them and agreed that they were cockroaches. The continental breakfast was dollar tree sweets.

Good value for the price. If you were hoping for a filling breakfast, the continental breakfast is a bunch of Little Debbie-type donuts and nothing real to eat. A car alarm went off outside our room at 4 am, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

I had prepaid online, but when we checked in, they wanted us to pay again at the front desk. The hotel room was very plain for the price. It was not totally clean. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The sheets were thread bare and no longer white. The TV did not work.

Room was cool and dry and very clean just what I wanted. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet with just the white noise of the road outside. I’d come back if I was in the area again.

This was so cute! Totally updated, clean and comfy! Also the lady at the front desk was a total sweetheart! So friendly and welcoming! We are staying here on our way back from our trip for sure!
