Graduate by Hilton Richmond
Property was per friendly, but the building itself was old and not kept up. The rooftop sitting area was not open in early April when we stayed there, nor was it easily accessible. Not worth the price or the high rating.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart.
