"The staff was very nice and helpful even during the busy hours. The rooms are very clean. The cleaning staff seemed like they were always working lol. We did not get the breakfast because there was an extra fee. The valet was good, about $75 per night. The only negative points I found was the extra fees that came at check out and the shower water pressure was too high. Overall, very good place to stay. Walking distance to a lot of places. The cable car comes right outside the hotel."
