I do see that you booked a reservation on the same day, and we had reached out to send you Guest Portal link through Expedia messaging portal. Not sure if you received but you would have had to complete that prior to arriving. Our Steveston Waterfront property is a contactless check-in, so they do not have attendants available always at Guest Services unfortunately.

Hello Bryan, thank you for your review! Apologies for any deficiencies in the room, please inform us right away and we can usually send a housekeeper to get that sorted for you. We will note the issues with soundproofing for our Team to investigate. In regards to the waterfront view, all our units are steps from the Boardwalk waterfront. We do have specific water facing suites that are available to book under the waterfront room category, but I can see for your reservation you booked a studio, which does not guarantee a water view.

The HVAC can be adjusted with the wall terminal but there is also a vent for regular air circulation that may have been what was bothering your stay.
