Situated in the heart of Old Town within walkable distance from main tourist attractions. Hotel offers SPA treatments, two different nice saunas, and bubbly baths. No pool. Generous and delicious breakfast buffet. 5-10 minutes walk away from the main rail station allows an easy day trip to explore other interesting places in Latvia like Jurmala or Sigulda.

Room wasn’t clean and bathroom too There were no toilet papers and we stayed at room and wanted to order food The app is not working or restoring was closed Too loud drinking neighbours all night We haven’t got good nights sleeps So sorry but wasn’t great stay And we went back to room there was a cleaning lady in our room But we not asked to change towels or clean a room She got there without permission!!! Would not recommend this hotel to a queer couple visiting Riga. I arrived here with my friend and on check in we were questioned on why we wanted a double bed. Although this was not what we asked for and we actually preferred two single beds it did not leave a positive first impression of the hotel and made me think about gay couples coming here who might not feel particularly welcomed by check in staff

Hotel is located centrally to the bus line from the airport, a short walk away from the market hall, and House of the black heads. Spa area is nice too.

I love this hotel, will definitely stay again. It's super central, clean and reasonably priced. We ordered a nice room with the city view from the bathtub. Bus to the Airport right around the corner.

Fine stay though could be improved
Spa was ok, room and breakfast ok. But the staff and their system i do not know. We stayed for 2 Nights with spa access and both entries to spa caused problems cause they do not see that spa was included in the room price. So that was annoying that i had to go twice to reception and sort the things out. Good location and perfect breakfast indeed

Mostly great stay. The location very central close to transportation. The staff very really great during the stay, any issues arising were fixed immediately. The breakfast was nice as well. The downsides were the poor wifi in the room where we stayed, it mostly didnt work. The room was quite small -also, you should definitely have more than two teabags and two sugars in the room. It was also quite noisy some nights, the building is not insulated great. The spa was also not worth it. Its too small and theres only one jacuzzi with tiny pool. But for service,location and cleanliness i would stay again.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of bus and train stations. The rooms are good, with comfortable beds and pillows. The only downside is that they charge fees to use the pool and sauna.

They charge for unused minibar items
In my experience this hotel is some kind of a thief. They charged me for two drinks from the minibar which I didn't drink, 5 hours after I left the hotel. And they do not reply my emails. Other than that, in my 2 days stay security came to my room saying they got signal from my fire alarm and my key card did not work and had to return to reception once.

We got the 4th floor room facing main hotel entrance. Right next to the hotel there are several bars / clubs that go live around 8pm and noise and music was so loud until early morning hours, you can hear without any difficulty, people screaming/ singing, this entire street become noisy and loud, we stayed for two painful nights and nothing could be done. Avoid staying here or at least ask them not to put you in room facing hotel entrance. Will not stay here again.

Low sleep quality
I rated it so low cause of sleep quality - everything else was great but the bed/sleep is essential for a hotel. First, when reserving the room you are asked 2 twin beds or a 1 queen bed. I am one person on the reservation, chose 1 queen bed. It's two twin mattresses pushed together, not even a thin top mattress on top. Just a sheet over two separate twin mattresses. So you can only sleep on it as on a single bed or you fall into the gap. Second, the bed has two tiny half duvets. Again - 1 person on the reservation, queen bed. TWO single small duvets that didn't even cover half of me. It was cold, I couldn't wrap up in the duvet, so the nice hotel bed experience when you are able to wrap up and sleep comfortably was not there. Please give 1 person reservation normal size duvet and stop advertising 1 queen bed if it has a gap in the middle of two single mattresses.

Stayed here for four nights during the Song and Dance Festival. The hotel is in a perfect location in Old Riga and close to the bus station. We found it relatively quiet to sleep in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Old Riga. Breakfast was very good with a choice of hot and salad items and delicious cakes. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant Tapas Tapas which was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and a young lady working in the breakfast room always greeted us with a lovely smile. We would definitely return here, in fact it would be our first choice hotel to stay in Riga.
