"Staff is exceptional. The facility needs a refresh. Room furnishings are dated, but the staff does a great job with cleaning and guest service. I would stay here again, but I sure hope they prioritize updating this location."

"This property is a good stay, the housekeeping & kitchen staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful. The front desk staff can be stand offish but helpful as I needed assistance when my digital key stopped working after only my 1st night's stay (out of 3 nights reserved). They saw I was in a hurry & instead very quickly provided a card key, which worked great for my remaining stay. Also 1 of the side doors got stuck 1 morning which made it a hassle having to walk all the way to the front entrance (my room was at the very end of the binding)."

"I booked with another hotel that was awful and i quickly books for this one and drove to it. Im so glad I did! It was amazing! So much room in the rooms, very clean, and beautiful. The kids had so much to do. I felt safe with just me and the kids. The price was the best part. I highly recommend "

"Overall, it was was a good stay. My room by the pool was nice. It is obviously an older facility that has been redone. You had to go down a lot of stairs to get to my room and there was a step down to my patio and up to my room. I parked in the front of the hotel and went through the Lobby to get to my room. Easy to miss in the dark and if you are not expecting a step. The noise from pool was not bothersome and stopped around 10:00pm. The food was very good, although, service in the restaurant was extremely slow. It was not the wait staff. The delay came from the kitchen. In my opinion, it is because they were too busy doing orders from the pool and room service. There should only be bar service at the pool if there is not a small kitchen or grill poolside. Overall, a nice stay and I would go back."

"Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!"
