"My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!"

Tamarind Village

Tamarind Village

10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tamarind Village for so many reasons: a beautiful lush setting, wonderful friendly staff, and delicious authentic meals. Our room was clean, quiet, and close to the hotelโ€™s amenities, their restaurant, pool, spa, and shop. It was also located perfectly inside the OLD City making walking easily accessible to much the city has to offer. Having stayed in Bangkok for the first part of our vacation, we didnโ€™t feel we really experienced the richness of Thailandโ€™s culture. However, Tamarind Village provided us with many niceties, such as providing tea upon arrival, robe and slippers, a city walk, and cultural pool side offerings. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and appreciate those who traveled there before us for their glowing recommendations."
