I don’t know where to start. We cannot say enough about our stay at 137 Pillars. The property is stunning go begin with, but it really comes down to the staff. Toto, our butler, was so thoughtful and attentive to anything we needed, but indeed the whole staff is imbued with the spirit of hospitality. It’s truly a special place we didn’t want to leave!

The staff at this place and the attentiveness is the best part. They helped us plan all of our excursions, gave us great recommendations on places to go, things to eat and restaurants to visit. This was a gem of a place and I would recommend it over and over again. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and just lovely. We also stayed at the 137 Pillar in Bangkok and that was also an incredible stay. Once again the rooms were fantastic! Huge suite, two bathrooms, extraordinary amenities. But most of all, the staff was amazing. Special credit to Ron, who was absolutely incredible and made our stay extra special. Thank you!!!

Gorgeous Design & Excellent Service

Pillars went above and beyond during our stay... every request was accommodated (late checkout, food requests, expedited laundry, etc), and as an interior designer- I especially appreciated the attention to detail and carefully curated spaces. I would love to return here again and can't say enough kind things about the staff and intentions of this lovely hotel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

An oasis in Chiang Mai

The 137 pillars house in Chiang Mai is a marvellous place to stay! The location is perfect to have the opportunity to navigate the city of Chiang Mai very easily. The staff is amazing, the hôtel proposes a very high level of service. Our butler was very accurate in orienting us to the right places, according to our intérests and requests. We also met the managing director of the hôtel, who seamed to us as a very passionate and professional business manager. It translates in all the Good services and in the way the property is kept at its very best level. And what a property! With such an history, décorated with taste. This is one of the best hôtels we’ve been to récently. We highly recommend.

This is a very special place built around a beautifully restored teak house, now serving the ideal purpose of lounge, bar and restaurant. The design of the room is both exquisitely tasteful and deeply thoughtful, and the choice of indoor/outdoor shower in the generously proportioned bathroom was surprisingly liberating - a guilty pleasure that I want to replicate at home. Staff were uniformly warm, welcoming and helpful.

My son and I had a mama/ son vacation there and it was outstanding in every way. The staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful- even anticipating your every need. The suggestions for activities were spot on- memorable and high quality. The food and accommodations were gorgeous and delicious. And Ray, our butler, was the icing on the cake. He made the trip perfect!! He was always one step ahead. We truly loved our stay and will most definitely be back. :)

最後一天早上被熱醒，後來發現是停電，問了前臺後說是車禍撞到電線桿，但是這麼好的酒店居然沒有後備電源，投訴後打開了後備照明，另外今天洗手間水龍頭居然是黃色的水，有點失望
