The hotel manager refused to cancel my reservation free of charge even before the due check-in time three days prior. They would not offer any alternatives other than a no. This is not proper customer service. If you would like to receive a welcoming understanding member of staff to assist, then you will not find it here.

what you write is not actually what happened, your first request to postpone check in was cordially accepted, but, one day before arrival, you ask me to change the dates and move the holiday from June to August maintaining the same rate. This was not possible because the rate was higher and we also did not have room availability in the requested period. We always try to meet the customer but we can't do miracles!

Fabulous breakfast with real Canadian maple syrup. Close to the beach. The staff, Elisabetta and Samuele, are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel in the edge of Rimini
Hotel is a standard 3 start hotel in a sunny destination. It's just on the border of Rimini and Miramare so the area is a little quieter than closer to the centre of the Rimini. It's 700m from the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast extensive and varied. Good quality Wifi (5Mbps down, 2Mbps up). Nice hotel and a pleasant place to stay

Called Little, But Offers A Lot
We stayed here for MotoGP. It was easy to get to the circuit via bus 11 & 125. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast so amazing! I also loved the city and I would love to come back some day. I would stay here again for sure.

La struttura è un piccolo hotel a gestione familiare. Abbiamo alloggiato al quinto e ultimo piano dell'edificio, stanza con dimensioni nella norma, pulita, con vista sulla pianura/colline. Da segnalare l'estrema gentilezza della titolare e del figlio Samuele, sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze ed a fornire informazioni utili. Anche la correttezza rappresenta un punto di forza della gestione: c'era stata un'incomprensione sul prezzo giornaliero del parcheggio fruito a circa 400 metri dalla struttura, risolta con estrema professionalità da Samuele al momento del saldo finale. Ultima menzione, ma non per importanza, per la variegata e ottima colazione: erano presenti varie offerte salate e dolci, il tutto preparato con attenzione e freschezza. Dalle piadine all'olio evo, agli sformati di spinaci, ai bicchieri di pomodorini e mozzarelle, fino ad arrivare alle brioches con crema, cioccolata o pistacchio, alle torte, ai muffins....insomma, uno spettacolo per gli occhi ed il palato.

Небольшой отель ИК на 3 линии, что нисколько не удешевляет, а наоборот даёт чувство покоя. Он тоже нужен. Очень приветливые хозяева мама и сын, все чётко организовано. Чистота и свежесть! Полотенца меняли каждый день, уборка каждый день. А завтраки выше всех похвал! Браво

troppo breve x valutazione
Utilizzato solo per il weekend di gare a Misano. Camera piccola ma pulita, entrata dell'hotel decisamente misera e spoglia. Di gran qualità e molto ricca la colazione, complimenti, mai ho trovato tanta qualità e varietà di alimenti, nemmeno negli hotels 4 stelle.

Hotel carino vicino spiaggia.
Hotel accogliente, pulito con staff cordiale e sempre pronto . Posizione buona, vicino al mare e alla via principale ma non nel caos. Non ha il ristorante interno, ma ha una convenzione con un ristorante carino sul lungo mare poco distante. Colazione buona. Noleggio bici gratuito.

Che dire....la titolare una donna molto preparata nel suo lavoro. Interagisce in maniera eccellente con i suoi ospiti. Pulizia 100%. Cordialita"100% colazione tutto fatto in casa 100%. Очень приятный отель, тихий, но рядом много всяких развлечений. Завтраки невиданные, чего только не было.... Полно фруктов. Белье меняли каждый день! Хозяйка чудесная. Когда уезжали обняла нас и поцеловала. Море очень близко, каждый день аниматоры и с детьми тоже.От отеля на пляже существенные скидки. Все было очень хорошо, впрочем, как всегда в Италии!

ich würde es niemandem weiter empfehlen,schlafen war unmöglich. Wo der Kopf ihres Bettes war,auf der anderen Seite der Toilette aus dem anderen Zimmer ist. Schrecklich.Parkplatz für 8 Euro pro Nacht finde ich zu teuer.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass er nicht ausgeruht hat, wie er wollte. Wenn Sie uns an der Rezeption gewarnt hätten, würden wir seine Nachbarn bitten, weniger laut zu sein.Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze als Extra-Service, so dass es nicht obligatorisch ist (Sie können auch außerhalb des Hotels auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken) Die Parkgebühr ist bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung gut angegeben. Wenn er es für zu hoch hielt, musste er andere Entscheidungen treffen.

Precis vad vi behövde. Ett rum, fyra sängar. Bekväma sängar, fungerande ac, bra wi-fi, nära till stranden, subventionerad parkering, nära till restauranger och buss. Balkong på rummet och en hyfsat bra frukostbuffé.

Ho passato una sola notte in questo albergo e mi sono trovato benissimo Personale molto gentile e sempre presente, c'è sempre qualcuno. Colazione a buffet molto buona e molto vasta. Ho pernottato in una camera singola, che era molto confortevole, silenziosa e pulitissima. Al bar c'è il cameriere sempre disponibile Molto soddisfatto.

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Так как мы путешествовали по разным городам на жд. Мы не хотели тратить время на пересадки и такси, но на ближайшей жд станции не останавливаются скоростные поезда. Нужно делать пересадку.

Piccolo ma curato!
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti per un congresso, hotel piccolo ma tenuto davvero molto bene! Note positive: Molto professionali Gentilezza La proprietà è molto attenta a tutte le richieste dei clienti Tutto molto pulito La colazione noi non l’abbiamo fatta ma dei nostri amici si e ne hanno parlato molto bene Nota negativa: Cuscini dirissimi assolutamente da sostituire!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3gg, con 2 bambini, camera spaziosa pur con letto a castello, bagno perfetto, acqua sempre calda, balcone spazioso. Colazione super per ogni tipo di palato, abbondante, varia e di qualità Personale disponibilissimo e simpatico Consigliatissimo!!
