"My husband and I really liked the room we had. It was clean and very homey. However, the room got a little too warm at night. I had to kick covers off or get up and move around to cool off before getting back in bed. I understand the unit can't be turned down below 70 degrees or the cooling system will freeze, but installing some ceiling fans or floor fans would be very helpful. Other than that, Sonesta was a great place to stay."

"Overall, the room was pretty good. The only issues were a few of the channels on the TV were glitchy and there wasn't enough wash clothes in the room (there was only one). I asked for 2 more, as there was 3 of us in the room. The lady at the front desk was only able to give me 1, as there weren't anymore available. "

"When we arrived we noticed toothpaste on the outside of the sink, hair in the shower, dirty spots on the sheets and a huge red stain on the side of the mattress pad (looked like a drink had spilled ) and on the table was a pack of cigarette rolling papers. We asked for a different room and found almost the same thing. Dirty sheets, hair in the tub, a ring on the nightstand left by a drink. We went back to the front desk and checked out. Left and found a different hotel. They either need new management or a new cleaning staff, or both. "
