"The minute I walked in the door the smell hit me first. Cigarette holes on furniture and bedding, roaches crawling on the wall and in the bathroom, shade was taped down with pieces of a label from food. The desk agent said he left the door open which was the cause of the unwanted guest…… wasn’t buying that. I left the hotel within the hour!"
