"Air conditioning worked well, room was very clean. Common area was nice. No hot water but i don't think that is the fault of the host. "

"Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, often unavailable in breaks or meetings. The property lacked essential amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and in-room Wi-Fi. There were many mosquitoes, making it unsuitable for young children. While the hotel garden was nice, the overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the "ocean view" room was more of a garden view. The hotel felt run-down and not worth the price or the long trip we took from Rio Grande."

Later dinner charged service fee Feels like property just trying to get every last cent out of guests It is not a cheap property, just raise prices if necessary Waitress at dinner nice but poorly trained Not her fault. Large salad simply not good Mafongo shrimp mediocre at best Beer and wine good,dessert good Would be nice to have more than wall hooks to hang clothes. Would be nice to have the bar open during day. The included breakfast was spectacular. Most special part of visit. Mountains are gorgeous and sound of waterfall and wildlife unique and wonderful We were rained on a lot and did not care It was.just part of experience Could have used more help with luggage from parking lot Steep tall steps. Overall, very special but spoiled by greedy fees and not great dinner "

"The property was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower wonderful.the pool and bar area are lovely and the food excellent.The staff were very nice and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no beach as listed in the description of the property. In fact, there are no beaches in La Parguera. Honest advertising would be more beneficial and not bring the surprise of finding out upon arrival otherwise. The poolside music also went on too loud and too late. "
