There were many mosquitoes, making it unsuitable for young children. While the hotel garden was nice, the overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the "ocean view" room was more of a garden view. The hotel felt run-down and not worth the price or the long trip we took from Rio Grande."

"The property was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower wonderful.the pool and bar area are lovely and the food excellent.The staff were very nice and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no beach as listed in the description of the property. In fact, there are no beaches in La Parguera. Honest advertising would be more beneficial and not bring the surprise of finding out upon arrival otherwise. The poolside music also went on too loud and too late. "
