Medewerkster Fatima is zeer onbehoorlijk in haar communicatie doordat ze de niet begrijpt wat er gezegd wordt omdat zij geen Engels spreekt en dan snel boos wordt om helemaal niets. "Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. No bar Pool very small Shame there are no other boarding options. Fortunately some great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was on the 6th floor with a very big balcony, shame about the birds and their mess daily so not welcoming."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Verdelago and would happily return. The resort is beautiful, the staff were wonderful throughout, and the restaurant team in particular were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and really made the stay feel special. Honestly, the only things missing for us were a spa and a heated pool. Add those and it would be pretty much perfect! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again."

"A lovely hotel with an amazing pool. The food at the pool bar was very nice and good value for money. The sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and we were woken at 8:20 by drilling which was very annoying. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly."
