O hotel seria perfeito se não fosse um barulho tipo algum sensor no quarto a noite toda, somente a noite durante o dia não tinha o barulho no quarto, e também os valores de água super faturado, uma lata de água mineral 12,00 absurdo de caro, até o estacionamento foi mais barato do que uma latinha de água mineral

O hotel , como tudo na vida pode melhorar.por exemplo; a água quente do chuveiro demora pra aquecer, e assim, há um gasto de água,nesta espera pra se tomar o banho quente. A porta do banheiro poderia e pode ser deslizante por fora, assim; não irá atrapalhar pra entrar no box. A limpeza dos rejuntes do box se faz necessário. O serviço de camareira é top.As camareira são super atenciosas. Recepcionistas super comunicativos e claros. O café da manhã top total, com pessoal cuidadores na limpeza e atenção.

O hotel é bom mas tivemos que conviver com a ducha gelada durante a estadia. Reclamei mas não resolveram o problema. Disseram que era porque tinham feito limpeza nas caixas de água. Estava sem pressão e muito fria a água.

Problemas no ar condicionado

Tudo muito bom e agradável, porém tive o azar de ter um problema no ar condicionado durante a madrugada e não consegui falar na recepção. Eu e meu filho não conseguimos dormir mais. Sai do hotel mais cansado do que entrei. Mas acho que foi um caso isolado. Tanto hotel quanto atendimento são bons.

As acomodações de forma geral, foram satisfatórias (Família dividida em dois quartos). Porém, tivemos o inconveniente ao pedir pessoalmente travesseiros adicionais na recepção, onde, foi informado que seriam levados ao quarto e ao final, não foram. A outra observação refere-se à água das duchas dos banheiros. Demora bastante a ter água aquecida, gerando desperdício.
