"Hicimos reservación en línea apropiadas nos querían entregar una muy diferente más bajo nivel porque no tenían disponibilidad les dije que aceptaría por una noche porque reservamos 5 y que para la próxima nos dieran una conforme la reservación pero no tenían disponibilidad para ayudarnos así que nos retiramos y pedimos reembolso "

"The one pool that is open is very nice although half of the water park is a construction zone and has a sulfur like smell. Not a single lamp worked in my room (no overhead light) and when the door to the room was closed there was about an inch gap between the door and the frame which was kinda creepy as a solo traveling woman. Staff was very friendly and helpful and professional."

"My experience was honestly disappointing. While they were cleaning the AC units, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes with no clear communication. I also requested a late check-out, but the front desk employee failed to note it properly. The next day, a staff member came in very rudely, even banging on the door and questioning why we hadn’t left yet. I had to call the front desk to explain the situation, which could have easily been avoided if the request had been handled correctly the night before. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was ongoing tile work on the walls that had been left unfinished, making the space feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and customer service made this a frustrating stay."
