"There’s no main lobby. The windows are too thin. Smelled like smoke all the way in lobby and upstairs. "

"The room condition was pretty clean. The night time staff to check in were extremely rude and gave attitude. The day time staff checking out was extremely sweet and helpful. The location does look better in the pictures but it was not a terrible place for the price. "

There was no visible security on the premises, and I noticed people who appeared to be intoxicated/drug-affected staying or loitering around the property, which made the environment uncomfortable. That said, the room was clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The main issue was the location, overall condition of the property, and the crowd—overall it felt unsafe."
