"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare."
