The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia. She gave us a tip on a great restaurant that is right around the corner and set us up with a friendly taxi driver to/from the Tower. "

They provided easy solutions to my questions, and also we always so kind in passing and in working together in the lobby, restaurant, or room services. They have other facilities that time did not warrant my use this time but look amazing including beach access, a gym, and pool. Will need to see if I can bring the family another time to enjoy all the amenities. The rooms have such thoughtful and charming touches like mini fridge and kettle, coffee and tea services and spacious closet space. The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration.
However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor.
A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price.
