"As a returning guest, it was a pleasure to come back again to the Sunshine Apartment. The owners and the team that run the accommodation are so kind and wish for you to have a perfect stay. The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. "

"Just what we needed - clean, good location, easy parking. Recommended."

"Great little base in a good location and the host was really accommodating with my technology issues !"

"Great place to stay, very homely and always very clean. "

"Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "Has the basics and it’s clean ."

"The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

"For me - everything was comfortable😃 Beautiful interior, red-light,and after walking on the local hills, really comfortable sleeping in the unic-bed!"

"Very good stay , very clean and tidy"

"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) Although the house was on the same estate and also had 3 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was pretty small, and the original property had the master bedroom on its own top floor ,...

"Lovely stay again xx"

"A very pleasant stay at the accommodation. Although it was only for one night, it was worth the money. However, there was an unpleasant smell that greeted you as you got into the apartment which you kind of get used to."

"Good communication, easy access and secured parking for one car. Property clean and comfortable"

"Nice, basic room. Kitchen well-equipped ut a bit of a trek to the back of the house. Very convenient for Trent Bridge cricket ground"

"This apartment is located in a lovely area of Mansfield. From the moment we booked this place we have had great communication with the company. Secure car park and all the amenities for self catering. A great little place. The apartment needs a little TLC in areas but it’s definitely worth its money. "
