The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. "Fantastic stay in Andorra - our second visit. First was 1975. The city has changed a lot! The Grand Plaza Hotel was great. Wonderful people working there, especially Julio at the front door and Ivan in the restaurants. Our room was fantastic. My only nit is the daily housekeeping was only so-so."
