"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for.
