"This place is in the best spot on the water. Rooms are like condos, not hotel rooms. Super comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Staff is really nice and helpful but the breakfast…the breakfast is the best out there. Try everything they offer. Lastly, do yourself a favor in Monopoli, just be. Stay 2 nights. The first day check out all the sights and the second, just chill. You’ll be a new person. "

"We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia. "

"This part of our trip in Alberobello was nothing short of Outstanding ! Everything about our stay was nothing short of remarkable and Wonderful. How our restored Trulli rental was done Fantastic. Had such charm and ambience which made it so cozy. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Then to top it off we had the Best Breakfast we had along our trip through Italy and we have yet to have a bad one and this topped it off. Everything from the Cappuccino to Croissants and the fruits with pastries and bread. I recommend this with a Solid 5 Star review with an asterisk as Awesome !"

"This was a special place to stay. it was in the middle of everything, so when you were walking around the town, you were halfway to everything. We got great recommendations from the staff for places to eat and we went to a wonderful pizza place around the corner. The breakfast was very good, and the room was really nice as well. We loved the spa so much. It was a one-of-a-kind experience. To top it all off, the rate was very reasonable! I would love to come back here. "
