I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform. While I really liked the location, I was disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee and general facilities. The air conditioning was not operational, and we were told it would only start from June 1st—this important detail was not mentioned on your site. Overall, I found the hotel’s facilities to be outdated and overly commercial, which did not match the listing’s impression. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration for future listings. The hotel is located in a superb location, just in the middle of the square in front of the lake. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast is great. **parking space is a bit complicated, you need an instruction from the receptionist.**

We loved our stay here, it had the most amazing view and was perfect location. Bare I’m mind it is the complete opposite side of the lake to the train station Desenzo so takes about 2hrs on the fast ferry and they only have a few per day. We would definitely come and stay here again if we wanted another quiet break at Lake Garda

This hotel is very conveniently located in Riva del Garda. The economy room is extremely small, but had all the amenities we needed. The AC worked well. The bottle of prosecco with the check-in was nice, and the breakfast was good (including gluten-free options). It was not very clear how the parking worked, but the staff explained it well. The hotel also has an ice cream parlor which is very good and a restaurant, which is overpriced and subpar.

Everything was very good about the hotel. The only negative was the air con, it seemed like an after thought and didn’t work very well. As a result we had the window open through the night but ended up with insect bites. Other than that (and to be fair the temperatures were on the mid 30’s) it was a really nice hotel, with a great restaurant and super nice and helpful staff.
