Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was also really good, we felt well taken care of the whole time. Definitely a spot we’d recommend to anyone visiting the island!"

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...

"This place is so beautiful and peaceful! The view of the volcano is amazing! You can sit under the stars at night in a comfortable hammock and feel the breeze come from the volcano! Highly recommended place to stay the bed is really comfortable as well! "

"This hostel was cozy and convenient. It was walking distance to the main drag in Moyogalpa. We were glad that they had laundry service and helped us get set up with a scooter straight from the property. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Great staff, beach was beautiful, food was very good, although expensive. Resort is secluded. Grounds are a bit run down, especially the driveway and parking. A lot of bugs, especially ants and mosquitoes, even in the rooms. "

"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan.
