"Love the architecture, the clock tower and the very spacious and well appointed toom. Breakfast was fine if a bit limited, and appreciated having a tray to take good back to the room. Very clean inside the room, but the property could use a little sprucing up in the common areas like the elevator area. "

"Clean property and room (and spacious too). Well maintained and beautiful grounds. Clean pool and hot tub--with temps just right. Nice restaurant/bar. And overall, we had a really lovely stay! We really loved the space theme throughout as well--and all of the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay again when visiting the area! "

"Convenient location and nice rooms. Parking is very easy. The restaurant/bar is good, but doesn't open until 5pm, which makes it less useful on vacation. The wifi and tv reception is particularly spotty in the rooms, but not awful."

"The Alamo motel is a very cute property. The snacks stocked in the room were nice, the decor was cute, and the air conditioning was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the wedding we attended, which was very convenient. The fire pit and bar were a very nice touch. However, the plywood floor in the hotel room felt very dirty. It is stained brown from what appears to be dirt, not wood stain. I recommend bringing some inexpensive disposable slippers to walk around the room in. It was terribly difficult to get ready in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put the curling iron and toiletries, and the bathtub needs an update. There were questionable stains on our sheets, and the Dish Network kept losing connection when we tried to watch TV."
