"Pros: great location, nice little bistro seating area out front. Light continental breakfast was appreciated. Cons: room is quite quirky. Bathroom is split in half - shower on one side of the suite and toilet on the other side of the suite. There were three of us in the room. The pull out couch could be opened but you could not get to the toilet from the bedroom without crawling over the couch. We made it work but was strange lol We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival. The staff were very quick to respond. Not sure if I would stay there again but we did make it work."

"Super efficient check-in (after doing the online check-in), very kind and courteous staff, great location, rooms was clean and comfortable. Not a super large selection of items for breakfast but what was served was quality (sourdough bread, gluten free options etc). Will definitely go back"

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"The room was spotless, good amenities, and cheerful and helpful staff. The dining room offers a breakfast buffet for reasonable prices and the food we ate there was very good. It's in Stratford ----- so there are many things to do especially the Strafford Festival and many great restaurants. Great place to stay."

"Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. However, our room did not have tissues or conditioner provided. We also did not like the bathroom layout. The sink area did not have a door and was located right beside the bed, so whenever the light was turned on or the sink was being used, it disturbed the person still sleeping. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast provided. It did not look appealing and did not taste good, so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The gym, however, was good. For the price we paid, I was expecting more. I feel we have received better overall value at Holiday Inn Express."
