"Spacious and clean rooms. The gym and pool were perfect. Free EV charging and conveniently located by St. Jacob's market and the University of Waterloo and Laurier. "

"Breakfast was poor, some scrambled eggs, bacon and cakes that were lousy or a day old. The elevators are old and noisy. One morning I left a piece of toilet paper in the toilet and when I come back in the afternoon was still there, the toilet wasn't even flushed. I move around with a mobility scooter but the property does not have ramps, so if you have limited mobility stay away from this hotel."
