We had the best stay here 100/100 staff, cleanliness, bed, tub loved it all! Our waitress for our breakfast the morning of march 21st was amazing very knowledgeable of stuff going on in the town, i feel terrible i dont remember her name! But we talked about video games lol! She was very kind. And our check in gal as well very kind 🤗 thank you for our stay!!

Would definitely recommend! Charming and comfortable room. Nice touches like coffee and honour bar and locally sourced snacks. Bathroom was fully equipped down to qtips and a mini toothpaste. All the extra touches like a welcome note made it a place to return to. Restaurant and happy hour downstairs a plus. Apple Pie Sangria was a stand out.

The room was great - we had a nice view of the river. Location was excellent - close to restaurants, Avon theatre, shops. Staff provided a great dinner recommendation our first night, and the wings we had in their restaurant as a late night snack the second night were amazing. Will definitely go back. Note: if you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you: lots of stairs, no elevator.

So the staff are really good at this hotel but a number of issues came up. No door on the Bathroom other than the toilet and shower. Light controls on the outside of the area with the bathroom and shower. First room we were put in had the exhaust fans from the Resturant downs stairs going and sounded like a jet going when we got back to go to bed. They turned them down but had to wait until 11:30pm for them to be turned off. They allowed us to change rooms for the next night but that should be taken care of. All in all I wouldn’t stay there again.
