"To make a long story short, I was promised by staff that I would get a call from the manager in my room would be paid for. This isn't a very sketchy location. During the night there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot. After that, there had been a rave and the room right next to us had a person go through the window. When we woke up the next morning there was glass all over. We didn't dare to call the cops or leave the room to go to the front office, we were literally scared for our lives! The lady at the front desk supposedly slept through it all. I told her how terrified I'd been and she told me that I would get a refund and the manager would call me later that day. Never happened. Do not stay here! I stayed with a pet and when I went outside at midnight to take him to the bathroom, which by the way there is no grass area to do that, there were lots of cars in the parking lot that weren't staying overnight and drug deals were taking place. The staff knows about this, yet there is no security on premises and the office is closed during the night! I have never stayed at a worse hotel than this one. I'm not sure how they're getting good reviews, they must be paying people!"
