"Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. "

"Door hinge broke - door only opened half way. Told staff said they stake care of once we check out. When checked in they tried get me to pay for room again after I had paid when I booked an had receipt. Once I said something to them and showed receipt they said sorry. Bed was really hard."

"The room and facility was very clean. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym and pool were nice amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. They’re pet friendly. The beds were a little hard and it would’ve been nice to have more than 2 free water bottles without having to purchase more. Very convenient and accessible to restaurants, shopping and WVU! Overall it was a great experience and very affordable. Our family will definitely stay here again!"

"Clean rooms, great staff, not very user friendly. No area in the bathroom for vanity products, no microwave. Body products in the shower were not easily dispensed. Vallet service was amazing"

"Worst experience in a hotel, if you want to call it that.. you should be paid to stay a night there, dirty everywhere including bathtub. Fridge had mold in it, TV is from 2005, sheets did not smell fresh. Room and hallways smelt of burnt cigarettes. No other hotels were available in the area, If I were to do it again I would sleep on an active train track. Quality Inn needs some TLC"
