"The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff very polite and helpful. You check in and out through a machine at the hotel. The only slight but largely negligible inconvenience was the placement of all hotel amenities next to the check-in machines. We didn’t see them until much later. By then we had already purchased everything we needed. But it hardly mattered since the hotel facilities and service was top notch. Breakfast was out of this world. We definitely highly recommend this hotel. "

"It was a very good stay and I cannot complain for the value and what is offered. It is just an old and outdated hotel but the stay was pleasant and I would stay again. For the price it can’t be beat. It was clean and the service was great. Having said that, they appear to be doing renovations. "

"The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very nice and a good location. Rooms were clean, with some wear and tear, but it didn’t make it seem dirty. The only negative is they just recently made all the rooms smoke free, so our room smelt of smoke, even with running the air purifier and having the window cracked open. But overall I’d stay there again. "

"Hotel is situated in the train station and shopping center. Breakfast was amazing . Probably the best . Yoga , lounge area and bar were excellent. I had the tasting meal in their main dinning room, one of the nights and portions were too small. In general all the meals apart from breakfast were too small. I order a glass of wine and it is half the size I get in Europe. Lastly ,Aomori is not pretty , if you want to go to north Japan then try Hakodate . "
