"No coffee maker in room. Hot water didn’t work at all the first day. Apparently this is an on going problem and should be corrected once and for all. Very inconvenient not to have a shower for our business trip. Breakfast was muffins and bagels, nothing hot. Hotel is clean and quiet."

She was clearly overwhelmed by both tasks. As a result, our check in went poorly with rushed instructions and no discussion ..."
