"As someone who is always nervous about staying at a new hotel …this was 10/10. I literally have no complaints. Just a heads up , they do require a $100 deposit for each night, so be prepared for that. Otherwise , it was amazing. There is a casino/bar in the hotel. If you like a drink like myself , ask for Adam at the casino bar. He is a top tier bartender. The location of the hotel is perfect , you’re about 15 minutes from the airport , and 8-10 minutes from restaurants and beaches. I definitely will be returning!"

"I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. From the beginning to the end of our visit, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how safe and secure I felt during our stay. The property is connected to or located right alongside Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, and the presence of 24-hour security in the area gave us an additional sense of safety and peace of mind. This was especially important to me and made me feel much more comfortable during our stay. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated having convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, and other necessities that helped make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The location was another major advantage. It is in a great area and made it convenient for us to get around and enjoy Puerto Rico. The supermarket was approximately a 15-minute walk away, and many restaurants, attractions, activities, and tours were within a reasonable driving distance. We were able to enjoy several activities and explore different parts of Puerto Rico without feeling like everything was too far away.
