Oddly, despite everything being quite clean, the first thing that happened was I stepped on a tooth on our floor in our room. So they lose points for that. But staff was helpful and they made sure i got my camera I'd left behind when checking out.

This a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk around to nice restaurants and shopping mall.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It was raining the day we stayed there and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.
