"A listed building providing facilities for functions. Some bedrooms are in the original building with old beams etc. Other bedrooms are located in adjoining annexe building. We had a mini suite which was spacious, had a large double bed, sofa, table with 2 arm chairs. Ensuite walk in shower, wc etc. Lighting was a bit gloomy but the room was very comfortable. "A lovely hotel with great facilities. The twin room was huge with plenty of space and really comfy beds! Good value breakfast with lots of options. We also used the pool which was an added bonus. Although mostly adults seemed to be staying in the hotel, my 3 year old was made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back! "

"Place looks like a converted HMO very basic room with a bed a TV that had no reception other than using BBC iPlayer. No reception as mentioned on the web site just people who were working at the property doing building repairs. Web site suggests onsite free parking, but only on street parking. Not a pleasant experience."

"There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. "
