"The beds were not comfortable. They are old mattress that dips. I had my sign out do not disturb and at 8:30 maid tries coming in. Than 9:30 calling seeing if we needed maid service. What is the purpose of the sign do not disturb"

"Took a cold shower then they fixed it as second one was lukewarm then last one was hot. There were 50 dead crickets in light fixture outside room in hallway. Card to room deactivated after first night. Just nothing really memorable about spending this much for a hotel. Staff were nice."
