"it is absolutely ridiculous that this hotel charges a “resort fee” . there is no resort. no pool, nothing. if u want more per room charge more but this mickey mouse stuff is dumb. in addition, u should clearly state this Before a reservation is placed"

"The air conditioning was nice and cold. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The gym had no cleaning wipes or a foam roller. Thankful they had a few mats, and I was able to do a short ab workout and cardio, though after being in the car for 7 plus hours, a foam roller would have been wonderful."

"Breakfast was delicious and the staff so so friendly and accommodating. Our room had an amazing view of the bridge and Bass Pro Shop. It was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Memphis!!"

"located close to the airport, but overall this hotel is VERY VERY VERY old and outdated. It needs major upgrades. The management was very nice and accommodating however I wouldn’t stay here again"
