"The downtown location was convenient, but the hotel itself could stand some refurbishments. The carpet in the hallway, and our room, was worn and stained. The paint on the doors was chipped in multiple places. Housekeeping was only offered upon request. The front desk employees were friendly and trying very hard to provide elevated service, but the hotel was just average. "

"Yes the gym was nice and the pool was very nice you can swim from the inside to the outside which was neat"

"Sheets were not changed after the last persons stay. Blood on sheets dirty underwear tucked under the sheets. Clean better"

"The room was old and dingy. Requested towels from maid, then called down and finally went to front desk and received. Coffee pot did not work requested from maid and then called . Never received. Upon arrival air conditioner did not work but was responsive. Would not recommend"

"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."

"Everything was great except they dont have microwaves evenbthough we requested one so if you have any leftovers from the nice surrounding restaurants dont count on eating late-night afterwards "
