This hotel is a great value and well located. It's on the edge of downtown--close to everything but still fairly quiet. I appreciated having the food co-op just a block away and also the fresh fruit at the complementary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were nice too.

No free continental breakfast, but the area shuttle and fruit-infused water were great. Property would benefit by having coffee out all day instead of just during the morning.

Clean and refreshing. If I wasn't just traveling through I would not have minded staying longer. You can tell they take extra care for Mayo clinic guests which is very nice
