Clean and refreshing. If I wasn't just traveling through I would not have minded staying longer. You can tell they take extra care for Mayo clinic guests which is very nice

Parking ramp needs attention badly. Not a great access into hotel from ramp. Had to carry luggage up stairs that were wet and dirty to get to hotel entrance

Best Western Rochester Hotel Mayo Clinic Area/St. Mary's
Room is very clean. Hallways needed to be vacuumed but could have been due to weather. Polite staff!
